Strength training is so important as it provides us with the ability to be resilient in our day to day tasks as well as improving our performance. Strength training should be specific to you and your body, as well as your goals. Book an initial 45-minute session to discuss your daily needs and goals, identify any weaknesses, educate you on what and why we are training certain things and push you to a level you are comfortable with. From this, personal training is always recommended when commencing a new programme to make sure technique is perfected. Then you can quickly integrate into group training or training on your own using the new Let’s Get Physical App to follow your programme. Being able to train independently and confidently is our goal!
